1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
- Tags must be attached (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of sale)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, email us at returns@norflare.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
